Ride the Kingdom
of the Thunder Dragon
Bhutan is one of the last great motorcycle roads in the Himalaya: a single winding lateral highway that climbs from river valleys at 1,200 m to passes near 4,000 m, past cliffside monasteries, fortress dzongs and prayer-flag ridges. Our guided Bhutan motorcycle tours start in Paro and follow that road over Chele La, Dochula, Pele La and Yotong La to the temples of Bumthang, or go wherever your own route takes you.
